Fr. Bob Mcreary, OFM, Cap joined the Community of Jesus, the Living Mercy as our chaplain in 2002. He has often told us that in his work with contemplative religious women he draws again and again on the confident hope that post-abortive women have witnessed to him. He said, "They know so much the mercy of God and the call to live a life of wonder, even if there are sorrows yet and struggles in the wonder." As a Capuchin for 53 years, he prays with Mary, "For He who is mighty has done great things for me. Holy is His name." He believes that each of us has a wonderful opportunity to bring to healing to others if we can see with wide open eyes the beauty of who we all are in Christ.
